King Stingray’s self-titled debut album is a revelation. An awakening. But at the same time, it’s everything the world has come to love from this six-piece Yolŋu surf rock combo, who have been ripping Australian stages and airwaves apart since 2020. Hailing from the Northern Territory and Queensland, the tight-knit crew of Yolŋu (Aboriginal people of northeast Arnhem Land) and balanda (non-Indigenous) musicians have produced a set of 10 tracks to rival any Australian band’s debut.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Orders are sent via tracked Australia Post. So, once you have selected your goodies to purchase - the shipping cost will be calculated based on the weight of your ordered items, shipping location and preferred shipping option (AusPost Regular or Express shipping).

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Orders will typically be sent within 1-4 business days. See below information on delivery times determined by your selected delivery type. Please note that delivery times depend on the delivery location and tracking number provided.

DOMESTIC

  • Regular Shipping: Expected to arrive in 3-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: Expected to arrive in 1-3 business days

INTERNATIONAL

  • AusPost Airmail Shipping: Expected to arrive in 10-30 business days
PLEASE NOTE: Many international routes are currently suspended, and remaining routes have lower flight frequencies. Also, items may be held longer than usual by Australian and overseas customs authorities. These factors may cause longer than expected transit times. 

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Please ensure that all information that you provide for your order is correct (size, quantities, shipping address etc.). We are not held responsible for any of these mistakes so double check your order and info is correct. If you accidentally provide incorrect information or have any issues with processing your order - contact us immediately and we will work with you to resolve any problems.

Can I return a product/s?: E.g. you ordered wrong size, or have changed your mind and want to exchange for a different product

Yes you can. Please email us with your order number, reason for return, and item/s you would like to swap for, before returning any items. Returns are only valid within 10 days of receiving the order and returned items must be unused/unworn with original packaging and tags. No refunds for change of mind.

All returns will be at the expense of the customer (you will be responsible for the cost of shipping back to our warehouse and the cost to reship to you).

REFUNDS (DAMAGED OR INCORRECT GOODS)

If you received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item - we are super sorry! Please email us with the issue and order number. We will then organise reply paid shipping back to our warehouse (this means you don't pay shipping - it's on us!) and we will replace it with the correct item. 

A refund will be issued only if the item you received is damaged or faulty and you decide that you don't want the item replaced, or you don't want a store credit.

PLEASE NOTE: Refunds are only valid within 10 days of receiving the order and returned items must be unused/unworn with original packaging and tags.

King Stingray will not be held accountable for theft or damage or your order if you provide us with the authority to leave your parcel at an unattended address. Parcel delivery risks will remain with you upon delivery and we are not able to replace or refund any lost or damaged items as a result of selecting to leave your parcel without a signature/ or unattended.
